Role Description The Project Manager is a full time, on-site role based in the Pune Division, overseeing end-to-end execution of real estate projects and client assignments. This role coordinates with internal teams, external vendors, and clients to ensure timelines are met, documentation is complete, and project milestones are achieved.

Daily responsibilities include planning and tracking project schedules, managing logistics related to property site visits and inspections, and resolving operational issues to keep projects on course.

The Project

Manager will monitor progress, prepare status reports, maintain clear communication with stakeholders, and support the delivery of a smooth and efficient experience for clients.





Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, and stakeholder coordination.
- Candidates should possess Expeditor and Expediting skills to ensure timely movement of tasks, documents, and project dependencies.
- Candidates should possess Inspection skills to oversee site visits, verify property conditions, and support quality checks.
- Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to organize resources, manage appointments, and coordinate vendors and site activities.
- Candidates should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build professional relationships with clients and partners.
- Candidates should demonstrate strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Candidates should ideally have prior experience in real estate, construction, or consulting, and familiarity with the Pune property market is an advantage.
- Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, management, or a related field, or have equivalent professional experience.
