General Manager – Operations / Director – Projects

Location

Bengaluru, Karnataka

Experience

- 8–15 years of experience in heavy fabrication, ducting, structural steel, boiler components, or EPC/power plant projects.
- Experience handling projects for BHEL, NTPC, Power Plants, or similar industrial clients is preferred.

Qualification
- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
- PMP/Project Management certification is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects from Purchase Order to final delivery and project closure.
- Coordinate with Engineering, PPC, Production, Purchase, Quality, Dispatch, and Site teams.
- Prepare and monitor project schedules, milestones, and progress.
- Ensure timely availability of materials and smooth production execution.
- Coordinate customer approvals, inspections, and technical clarifications.
- Monitor fabrication, welding, blasting, painting, packing, and dispatch activities.
- Conduct project review meetings and submit progress reports.




- Manage project budgets, billing milestones, and cost control.
- Identify project risks and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure on-time delivery, quality compliance, and customer satisfaction.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
