Role Overview

Produce engaging visual content that communicates Spectent's brand story and product value. This role offers hands-on experience in content creation for a fast-growing B2B startup.

Key Responsibilities

Edit and produce high-quality video content including reels, explainers, and promotional videos
Collaborate with the marketing team on content strategy, storyboarding, and creative briefs
Create short-form content tailored for LinkedIn, Instagram, and other digital platforms
Ensure all output meets brand guidelines, quality standards, and delivery timelines
Add motion graphics, subtitles, transitions, and other post-production elements as needed
Manage video assets, project files, and delivery archives systematically

Required Skills & Qualifications





Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar editing tools
Strong understanding of short-form content formats and platform-specific best practices
Narrative sensibility: pacing, visual storytelling, and audience engagement
Creative eye with attention to branding consistency and production detail

Good to Have

Portfolio or showreel demonstrating prior video editing work
Experience with motion graphics or basic animation
Familiarity with color grading and audio mixing fundamentals
