Role Summary: Deliver technical and operational support to clients and internal teams by resolving platform issues, tracking tickets, and facilitating smooth transactions across bonds, mutual funds, and fixed income products.

Key Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and resolve technical, login, portal, and transaction-related issues reported by wealth management clients.
Manage, categorize, and resolve incoming support queries efficiently using Freshdesk while maintaining strict SLA standards.
Assist clients with onboarding, KYC verification, platform navigation, and order execution for bonds and mutual funds.
Investigate trade failures, order status delays,
