Role Description The Business Unit Head is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune, responsible for leading the end-to-end strategy and performance of assigned brands and product categories. This role oversees P&L;, sets growth targets, and drives business plans across sales, marketing, supply chain,



and operations to achieve revenue and profitability objectives. The Business Unit Head will collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products, optimize existing portfolios, and ensure strong execution in contemporary trade, general trade, and e-commerce channels. Daily responsibilities include monitoring market trends, analyzing performance data, making decisions on pricing and promotions, and aligning teams around clear KPIs and milestones. The role also involves building and mentoring high-performing teams, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability, and representing the business unit in strategic discussions with senior leadership and key external partners.
Qualifications

Strong business leadership skills, including P&L; management, strategic planning, and decision-making in FMCG or consumer goods.
Experience in brand management, product portfolio management, and go-to-market strategy for food or snack categories.
