About the Role

We are looking for an experienced ICM Rule and Advanced Workflow Developer to support our SAP-based incentive compensation platform. This role plays a critical part in translating compensation plan design into system configuration,



ensuring accurate payouts, strong governance, and efficient approval workflows.
You will work closely with Sales Operations, HR, Finance, and IT teams to configure calculation rules, build scalable workflows, and support ongoing compensation processing.

Roles & responsibilities

Configure and maintain complex incentive compensation calculation rules within SAP
Translate plan documents into system logic including rate tables, tiered curves, accelerators, thresholds, caps, and clawbacks
Develop eligibility and crediting rules based on role, hierarchy, territory, and business unit
Support compensation cycles including accruals, adjustments, and final payouts
Troubleshoot calculation discrepancies and perform root cause analysis
Validate inbound data from HR, Finance, and operational systems
Design and configure multi-step approval workflows for plan assignments, exceptions, and manual adjustments
