Role Description: Handling Intune Infrastructure and Day-to-Day activities.

Good to have skill: SCCM Co-Management, Application Packaging, scripting, Azure Virtual Device, M365 cloud PC.

Key Responsibilities:
o Ensure the effective support and delivery of system tools (SCCM, Intune) to support the transition to Windows 10
o Primarily ownership of the EUC ticket queue,
providing 3rd line technical support for IT incidents and problems. Working alongside vendors as appropriate to investigate solutions. Tickets are to be owned until successful resolution. May include escalation management to third party vendors, including Microsoft Premier Support.
o Patch Management and Windows 10 Servicing.
o Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication, customer handling and inter-personal skills
o Ability to work with customers in an advisory capacity around Modern Workplace, helping them to create their workplace strategy, with activities/tasks such as creating roadmaps and business cases.
o Ability to apply advanced or expert knowledge in relevant technology solutions and solid business operational acumen in the context of clients business.
o Ability to effectively team with peers in a large, matrixed organization, including experience with onshore, near-shore and off-shore delivery teams.
