Position Overview
KEC International Limited is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager – Quality to oversee quality assurance and quality control activities for utility-scale wind power projects at Bhuj, Gujarat. The role will be responsible for ensuring that all civil, electrical, and mechanical works comply with project specifications, quality standards, statutory requirements, and client expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Implement and monitor Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) systems across all phases of wind power project execution.
Conduct inspections of civil, electrical, and mechanical works including foundations, crane pads, internal roads, WTG erection, cable laying, substations, and transmission line works.
Review and ensure compliance with approved Quality Assurance Plans (QAP), Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements, and project specifications.




Coordinate inspections with clients, consultants, OEMs, third-party agencies, and internal stakeholders.
Ensure all incoming materials, equipment, and components comply with approved technical specifications and quality requirements.
Monitor execution activities and verify compliance with applicable IS, IEC, and project-specific quality standards.
Raise, monitor, and close Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), observations, and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
Conduct quality audits, surveillance inspections, and process compliance reviews at project sites.
Maintain quality documentation, inspection reports, material test certificates (MTCs), calibration records, and quality registers.
Coordinate laboratory testing for civil works and review test reports for concrete, soil, aggregates, reinforcement steel, and other construction materials.
