What You'll Do
As part of the Data team within HR,



the BCG Global Data Stewards are responsible for the design and implementation of an enterprise-wide Data Governance strategy that supports the efficient usage of data across the firm by ensuring key sets of fully governed, curated, and globally integrated data products & assets.
Under the guidance of the Global Data Owner, each Global Data Steward supports key data initiatives (both functional and technical) in the domain, including defining and executing principles, harmonized definitions, quality assessments, and governance processes to ensure safe usage and evolution of enterprise-wide products and assets.
Specifically, the Learning Data Steward will develop a data governance strategy for BCG’s Learning data domain. This role will first be embedded within a Learning Transformation project, working to ensure that Learning data governance aligns with broader transformation objectives.
