Specialist - FP&A; (Commercial)
Commercial Central FP&A; Support
Support month-end close activities through financial validation, report preparation, and reconciliation of reporting outputs.
Prepare and maintain executive reporting packages, such as CCO reports, AGM reports, forecast alignment packages, business reviews, and other Commercial leadership reporting.
Support Forecast, Outlook, Annual Operating Plan (AOP), and Long-Range Plan (LRP) cycles by preparing and refreshing planning templates, validating financial information, consolidating planning deliverables, and providing analyses that support alignment between Commercial and Divisional Finance.
Provide financial analysis, reporting, and insights to support centralized Commercial FP&A; initiatives, ad hoc requests, and special projects.
Develop, maintain, and enhance recurring reports, dashboards, and reporting templates using Oracle, Excel, Power BI, and other reporting tools to improve reporting efficiency and consistency.




Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes through standardization and automation.
Document and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for recurring reporting and planning processes to improve consistency and knowledge sharing
Collaborate with Acute and Non-Acute FP&A;, Corporate FP&A;, Accounting, and B.I. teams.
Selling Expense – Michelle
Serve as the primary finance partner to Customer Service, supporting month-end close activities, forecasting, and headcount planning; own Commercial OPEX variance analysis and provide transparent, actionable insights to leadership
Develop and enhance customer service reporting, including dashboards and analytics to drive visibility into performance and inform decision-making
Partner with Sales Operations and Marketing finance team members to maintain and enhance monthly dashboards, ensuring accuracy and consistency
Perform monthly G&L; reviews for the Commercial organization, ensuring accuracy of financial reporting,
