Job Description
Responsibilities: Demonstrate expertise in core ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CRM, S2P, HRSD, MCO, FSO etc
Demonstrate Experience with presenting ServiceNow solutions to clients in a value-led approach. Case study would be provided for round 2.
Assist the Sales personnel in the qualification of customer needs and performing pre-demo needs analysis.
Assess the customer's strategic needs, uncover business requirements, determine the gaps between business requirements and product functionality, and build relationships with clients onsite.
Gather the appropriate information to generate proposals with the right service components, pricing, and assumptions.
