Position: Channel Manager

CTC: ₹10 – ₹16 LPA

About the Role
Saburi Ply is looking for an experienced and performance-driven Channel Manager to lead and expand its channel sales network in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in the Building Materials industry, with a strong understanding of dealer and distributor management, market development, and business growth. Candidates with prior experience in the Plywood industry will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities
Drive sales growth and achieve business targets for the assigned territory.
Develop, manage, and strengthen the dealer and distributor network.
Identify and appoint recent channel partners to expand market reach.
Build long-term relationships with dealers, retailers, architects, contractors, and key influencers.
Prepare and execute territory sales plans to maximize market penetration.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer requirements.




Ensure timely collections and maintain healthy receivables.
Conduct dealer meets, product demonstrations, promotional activities, and market campaigns.
Coordinate with the marketing, logistics, and head office teams to ensure seamless business operations.
Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and business reviews for management.

Requirements
Eligibility Criteria
Experience: 10–12 years in the Building Materials industry.
Experience in Plywood will be an added advantage.
Proven experience in channel sales, dealer development, and territory management.
Strong network of dealers and distributors in the Bengaluru market is highly desirable.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Strong analytical and reporting skills with proficiency in MS Excel.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
