Job Title – National Sales Manager-Cross Sell (Personal Loan)

Job Purpose:
'The role entails contributing towards Sales volume for Home loans business and building a valuable book within the branch.Ensuring portfolio quality and compliance for Home Loan business for the bank at a pan India level.
The role entails scaling up the business for Personal Loan in the state by developing strategies to expand the existing products, channels, segments and customer base by delivering banking needs to the customers in the most cost efficient and technology effective manner. The role will closely collaborate with the Product Head to ensure development of a market leading solutions. The role is responsible for Asset Book growth and will develop strategies to drive product penetration while maintaining overall portfolio quality requirement. It has a P&L; responsibility for the Personal Loan lending business contributing to the larger organizational objectives of the bank..




Roles & Responsibilities:

Acquisition of Cross sell Personal Loan customers in the identified segment and reference generation from the specified catchment area
Ensuring quality portfolio by minimizing delinquency and rejection
Extensive knowledge and understanding of retails assets, products and operations
Identifying the changing market trends, channel development for acquiring business and provide high quality customer service
Design a fulfilling customer journey leading to customer delight and making IDFC FIRST their banking partner of choice
Ensure the successful adoption of internal compliances and regulatory framework across the business.
Secondary Responsibilities :
'Recommend improvements to processes and policies across the supporting teams and business to drive operational efficiencies & high quality customer services
