Job Description Summary
The Analyst, Property Research & Intelligence supports Cushman & Wakefield’s Property Research & Intelligence team by collecting, validating, aggregating, and maintaining commercial real estate data to ensure the accuracy and integrity of proprietary databases, market intelligence, and client deliverables. Reporting to the Manager, Property Research & Intelligence (APAC), the role partners closely with local research teams, market experts, and internal and external data providers to gather, cleanse, and manage property, tenant, lease, and sales data, while supporting quarterly market reporting and strategic data initiatives. The position requires strong analytical and data management capabilities, attention to detail, advanced Excel and database skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative setting. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree and experience in commercial real estate, research, or data management, with a demonstrated ability to ensure data quality, streamline processes, and deliver accurate,

SUMMARY
This position will reside in the Property Research & Intelligence team and will report directly to the Manager, Property Research & Intelligence, MarCommRsch based in APAC. The Analyst is responsible for gathering, validating, & aggregating specific datasets. This includes documenting sources, validating data, and integrating data into C&W; databases. This roles’ primary responsibilities include the collection, aggregation, & validation of data in a consistent and timely manner working closely with the local research teams and market experts across the country and across service lines.
