State Street’s Tech Platform Engineering & Operations (TPEO) Executive Technology Group (ETG) is looking to hire for our Executive Support Lead in India. We are looking for a proven, skilled, End User Support Engineer who possesses strong Technical and interpersonal skils to help us deliver on our GTS shared goals. Individual will focus on providing all aspects of technical support including desktop, mobile, good understanding overall Microsoft 365 suite technologies and AV needs to State Street executives, their executive assistants, and our Board of Directors. Individual should be able to work efficiently with teammates to deliver on their goals leveraging contemporary tools, technologies, and processes through simplification and automation while always providing superior service to our senior executives.
As a member of the Global ETG (Executive Technology Group) you will:
Provide high quality, responsive technical expertise to all supported executives and their assistants.




Manage onsite End User Computing (EUC) operations, including device lifecycle management, user support, asset tracking, onboarding activities, and ensuring consistent, high-quality IT service delivery.
Resolve any escalations and ensure that executives are kept informed of the problem resolution status at all times.
Build rapport with our customer base by eliciting any areas of concern they may have and implementing resolutions where appropriate.
Share knowledge and provide mentoring to team members. Lead by example and strive to raise the skill level bar for the entire team.
Safeguard the technology environment by being proactive, preventing known problems, guarding against unknown threats, and responding to them with urgency.
Assist with creation of operational readiness documentation.
Ensure adherence to audit controls in a highly regulated environment with an eye towards risk excellence.
