Role Overview
We are seeking a modern, hands-on Engineering Manager who can lead high-performing software engineering teams in an increasingly AI-enabled development environment. This role extends beyond traditional people management and requires a strong blend of technical leadership, customer engagement, architectural guidance, and engineering execution.
The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise, remain closely connected to hands-on development, and leverage AI-assisted development practices to accelerate innovation, improve productivity, and deliver customer-centric solutions at speed.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership
Provide technical direction and architectural guidance for enterprise software products and platforms.
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to engineering best practices, security standards, and design principles.
Guide teams on application architecture, design patterns, and technology selection.
Troubleshoot and support resolution of complex technical issues when required.




Drive adoption of contemporary software engineering methodologies and AI-assisted development practices.
Engineering Delivery
Lead the end-to-end delivery of software features and enhancements.
Accelerate product delivery through automation, developer productivity tools, and AI-enabled engineering workflows.
Foster a culture of engineering excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
Customer & Stakeholder Engagement
Engage directly with customers, business stakeholders, and product management teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Develop rapid prototypes and proof-of-concepts to validate ideas and demonstrate product capabilities.
Present technical solutions, product demonstrations, and roadmap updates to internal and external stakeholders
Team Leadership
Build, mentor, and develop engineering talent.
