The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As an Optimization Insights Specialist, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
Leads deep-dive analysis of staffing, workload, productivity, service mix,



and operational performance across service centers to identify trends, risks, gaps, and value opportunities.
Implements executive dashboards, recurring reports, and performance metrics that provide leadership visibility into capacity, workload, productivity, portfolio mix, and operational performance.
Determines actionable insights and recommendations from complex operational and organizational data to support decisions related to resourcing, service alignment, prioritization, and optimization.
Supports workforce and capacity planning through scenario analysis, forecasting, workload modeling, productivity assumptions, and evaluation of operational constraints.
Identifies opportunities to improve governance, reporting consistency, data quality, automation, standardization, and overall service delivery effectiveness.
