Job Description
Responsibilities: Draft, review, and finalize contract terms and conditions to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and risk mitigation. Negotiate contracts with clients, vendors, and partners to secure favorable terms and conditions. Ensure all contracts comply with legal regulations, internal policies, and industry standards. Manage the full contract lifecycle, including renewals, extensions, amendments, and terminations. Provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders on contract-related queries and best practices.
