The Position
This position is part of the DAIV System Team, a centralized DevOps and software infrastructure organization based in Bangalore that supports multiple software product development teams across the EMEA region. These teams develop desktop and web applications for data management, image processing, and visualization workflows.
The DAIV System Team provides CI/CD infrastructure, software lifecycle management, developer tooling, platform engineering, AI enablement, and cybersecurity support across the software development lifecycle.
As the Senior Manager, DevOps & Platform Engineering, you will lead the people, technology strategy, and operational execution for the containerized platforms, CI/CD capabilities, and engineering practices used by our web and desktop application teams.
You will be accountable for building and developing a high-performing DevOps organization while providing strong technical leadership across cloud-native architecture, Kubernetes platforms,



software delivery automation, developer productivity, reliability, and secure software supply-chain practices. You will work closely with global software engineering leaders, architects, product teams, cybersecurity specialists, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders to translate product and organizational priorities into scalable platform capabilities. The successful candidate will combine deep technical credibility with solid people leadership, organizational planning, stakeholder management, and execution discipline. This role requires the ability to operate strategically while remaining sufficiently hands-on to guide architectural decisions, review critical
implementations, and support the resolution of complex technical and operational challenges.
