Job Title: Maintenance Engineer
Job Location: Panoli
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Having maintenance experience of Rotating & static equipment involved in chemical/Agrochemical plants like all types of pumps , mechanical seal , reactor, gearbox , ANF/ANFD, ATFE,MSGL,pumps, blowers, pressure vessel, heat exchanger, rotary valve , screw conveyor etc.
Preventive maintenance / Predictive maintenance
Conditioned based maintenance – Familiar with various techniques – vibration measurement, laser alignment, NDT, UT, MPT, welder qualification. Level – II is added advantage.
Can do RCA ( root cause Analysis ) with various
Equipment Spare preparation and inventory control.
Computing skills to prepare Engineering Records, & Preparing Daily/Monthly Reports
Equipment Installation, Preventive Maintenance and updating Mechanical systems.
Having Knowledge of Different MOC Piping
Having Skill to Reduce down time by Proper Analysis.
Maintain safety standard & Safety rules in dept.
Maintaining, updating the Departmental documents and recor
