Deputy Manager & PMO Coordinator
Job Description
Integral member of the Global PMO team responsible for coordinating with other Global PMO Team members to support on-going initiatives.
Initiatives will include, but not limited to Monthly Global PM Team Meeting attendance and participation tracking, recent PM On-boarding process maintenance, issuing of Project Workspaces and maintenance of the PMO Coordinator Manual. Coordinator will also be responsible to create and maintain the Global PM Intranet site along with keeping all IT systems, process maps and tools related to Global Project Management up to date.
•Integral member of Global PMO team taking ownership of the continued development and maintenance of the PM Intranet site, the development and maintenance of Project Management Process Maps and training curriculum to support these process maps and the monthly change order review and reporting process.
