This is a hands-on, individual contributor role where your expertise will shape the future of Qualys Container and Cloud Security Products, ensuring they are deployed and thriving for thousands of enterprise customers worldwide.
Responsibilities:
As an SME, your role will encompass customer and sales enablement, acting as a trusted advisor and evangelist for Qualys TruRisk Eliminate products. Your hands-on experience in the remediation and IT domain, coupled with a understanding of CTEM and vulnerability management, will be crucial in driving success.
Key Responsibilities:
Subject Matter Expertise: Demonstrate profound expertise in vulnerabilities remediation including patching,



mitigations and scripting.
Customer Enablement: Be the voice of customers, delivering value-centric demos, and advising on best practices for deployment.
Technical Support: Collaborate proactively with support and engineering teams to resolve issues, troubleshoot design and deployment challenges.
Sales Support: Assist the sales team in responding to RFP/RFI, drive customer Beta and POC engagement, and ensure success.
Content Development: Create targeted technical content, including pitch decks, use cases, demo videos, feature blogs, and solution briefs.
Training: Deliver sales and partner training with impeccable content, keeping the team updated on the latest features and capabilities.
Competitive Intelligence: Analyze the competitive landscape, develop competitive intel documents, and train sales in positioning Qualys products against competitors.
