YRGMERF is anticipating a project to strengthen the Urban Ecosystem Against Future Disease Threats by implementing a framework for urban-peri-urban coordination.
This project if commissioned will require a team of below positions to support the coordination, implementation and monitoring of several components.
Key Responsibilities
The Surveillance Officer will be responsible for supporting the project activities in the designated municipal corporation and peri-urban areas, coordination with stakeholders. Will report to Project Lead based at Bengaluru. Will work closely with other team members.
Project Implementation Support
Will be responsible to ensure that the proposed activities are considering current disease patterns as well as requirements of the State and Disease health department.
Ensures that the staff are well trained on use of data for program implementation and documentation.
Supports in designing various tools for secondary information collection, analysis and use in the project.
