About the Role
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive the growth of MedIQ, 1Lattice's healthcare intelligence and data platform, across the Indian healthcare ecosystem.
This is a high-impact, client-facing role responsible for driving revenue growth through new customer acquisition, account expansion, and strategic relationship management. The role requires engaging with senior healthcare stakeholders, understanding their business challenges, and positioning MedIQ as a strategic data and intelligence solution.




The ideal candidate should have experience selling Healthcare SaaS products such as Hospital Management Systems (HMS), Electronic Medical Records (EMR/EHR), Healthcare Information Systems (HIS), or Healthcare Data & Analytics solutions. They should be comfortable conducting product demonstrations, managing complex sales cycles, developing proposals, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver value-driven solutions.
The incumbent will report to the Director – Healthcare & Life Sciences and will work closely with product, research, delivery, and technology teams to drive customer success, platform adoption, and business growth.
This is a predominantly field-based role requiring regular travel and in-person engagement with healthcare stakeholders, customers, and industry partners across geographies.
