Senior Consultant – Power & Utilities, Product Management, Data & AI
Experience: 6–10 years, including 4+ years in Power & Utilities, energy technology, digital transformation, product management, analytics, or consulting roles
Role Summary
We are seeking a Senior Consultant to support AI-enabled product and transformation initiatives for Power & Utilities clients. The role will combine utility domain understanding, product management, data analytics, Generative AI, and stakeholder consulting to improve grid reliability, customer engagement, field productivity, asset performance, energy transition outcomes, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Define product roadmaps and business requirements for Power & Utilities solutions across grid operations, asset management, outage management, field service, customer operations, and energy transition use cases.
Work with utility business, operations, technology, and data stakeholders to identify pain points, prioritize high-value use cases, and translate business needs into scalable product features.
Lead discovery and roadmap workshops covering smart meters, customer data, field workforce, grid reliability, predictive maintenance, DER integration, demand forecasting, and regulatory reporting.
Partner with data science, engineering, architecture, and delivery teams to design AI, analytics, automation, and digital solutions that are feasible, governed, and outcome driven.
