We are reshaping how dairy is sourced for a global ice cream business—driving cost, resilience, innovation, and a materially lower carbon footprint at scale. That requires a Procurement leader who can think commercially, act entrepreneurially, and deliver relentlessly.
You will own European dairy and sweetener procurement end‑to‑end (deciding what to buy, where, how, and when) while building future‑fit supplier partnerships that deliver value, sustainability, and supply security. You will sit at the intersection of markets, brands, suppliers, and risk, turning strategy into measurable impact.

What you'll be responsible for
Lead European sourcing and risk strategy for dairy and sweeteners, balancing cost, security, and sustainability.
Build and manage long‑term, strategic supplier partnerships aligned to value, carbon reduction, and innovation.
