RESPONSIBILITIES & KEY DELIVERABLES

Oversee contract compliance and assure that all Central Utility Plant activities
and site infrastructure operations are conducted in a protected and responsible
manner.Providing governance support to the Site contracts Manager.Ensure
compliance to 24/7 operation and maintenance and department policies,
procedures, and guidelines in support of the facilities infrastructure and
Central Utility Plant.Oversee operations and maintenance tasks for utility
generating equipment which requires knowledge of system controls.Employ robust
root-cause analysis to identify problems and review issues and develop,
implement and drive corrections to closure Manage departmental budgets, vendor




contract and oversee work activities including coordination of work with various
customers and stakeholders related inspections and permitting activity.Assist in
preparing reports, reviewing procedures, investigating operating incidents and
system operating abnormalities.Monitor equipment maintenance work request
process.Develop and/or assist in developing standard operating procedures and
ensure these procedures are implemented and followed across all shifts
