Life on the team

Define and govern the enterprise architecture for Artificial Intelligence,
enabling AI capabilities to be adopted, governed and scaled securely across
Computacenter. Shape AI roadmaps, principles, controls and transformation plan
that align emerging AI capabilities with business outcomes, customer value and
organisational change. Work across executive leadership, product teams,
technology functions and business stakeholders to integrate AI across platforms
including Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI Foundry, ServiceNow, Salesforce, SAP and
Genesys.

What you'll do

Core Accountabilities

* You will influence business and technology stakeholders to make informed
decisions on AI adoption, balancing innovation, risk, cost, speed of
execution and measurable value. You will stay current with AI, data,
platform, security and regulatory trends, helping leaders understand both the
opportunities and risks associated with AI-enabled transformation.





AI Enterprise Architecture

* Define strategic architecture for generative AI, agentic AI, machine
learning, intelligent automation, knowledge management, customer experience
and digital workplace transformation.
* Create and evolve AI roadmaps, architecture principles, governance
frameworks, standards and guardrails that support secure, ethical, scalable
and commercially sustainable AI adoption.
* Work closely with product teams, Solution Architecture and delivery teams to
ensure AI-enabled solutions are viable, secure by design, aligned with
enterprise architecture principles and able to deliver required business
outcomes.
* Support business-led transformation programmes by translating AI strategy
into practical platform choices, operating model changes, investment
priorities and delivery roadmaps.
* Ensure AI capabilities are integrated effectively across key enterprise
platforms such as Microsoft Copilot, Azure
