Job Purpose
WRS Health is seeking a strategic, technically fluent sales executive to lead our enterprise sales organization and Sales Engineering function. This executive will drive revenue growth, enterprise customer acquisition, and technical pre-sales execution while serving as the bridge between complex software capabilities and real-world healthcare operations.
The ideal candidate has deep experience selling healthcare technology solutions—such as EHR/EMR, Practice Management, Revenue Cycle Management, or Health IT platforms—and the ability to translate technical concepts into meaningful clinical, operational, and financial outcomes for healthcare organizations. This role partners closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing,



and Executive Leadership to accelerate WRS Health’s growth across physician groups, specialty practices, and healthcare enterprises.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership
Develop and execute the enterprise sales strategy to achieve revenue growth targets.
Lead, recruit, coach, and scale a high-performing team of Account Executives, Sales Engineers, and Business Development Representatives.
Establish forecasting, pipeline management, KPIs, and performance metrics that improve revenue predictability.
Build repeatable sales processes from prospecting through contract execution.
Personally lead strategic enterprise opportunities and executive-level negotiations.
Sales Engineering, Healthcare Solution Consulting & AI Technology
Lead the Sales Engineering function supporting enterprise software sales.
Translate WRS Health’s technical capabilities into explicit clinical, operational, and financial value for healthcare organizations.
