Role Overview
Genesys is seeking an early-career, motivated Enterprise Applications Developer to support the development, configuration, and enhancement of Salesforce applications within our Quote-to-Cash ecosystem. This role will contribute to Salesforce solutions that support quoting, order management, product configuration, asset management, and integrations with downstream billing and revenue systems.
As part of the Enterprise Applications team, you will work closely with senior developers, Technical Leads, Product Owners,



Business Systems Analysts, and QA to deliver reliable, scalable, and well-tested Salesforce capabilities. This is a hands-on development role suited for someone with foundational Salesforce experience, strong ownership and accountability, curiosity, and a desire to grow in enterprise systems delivery.
Success in this role requires strong technical fundamentals, attention to detail, willingness to learn, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional setting.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, configure, and support Salesforce solutions using Apex, SOQL, Salesforce Flows, validation rules, custom objects, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) under guidance from senior developers and Technical Leads.
Take ownership of assigned deliverables, demonstrating accountability for delivering high-quality solutions within agreed timelines.
