Senior Specialist, Project Systems Delivery
KBR is seeking a Senior Specialist, Project Systems Delivery to support a portfolio of enterprise applications across engineering, government systems, supply chain, and corporate operations. Serving as a trusted advisor to business and technology stakeholders, this role is responsible for application strategy, modernization, software asset management, vendor relationships, and continuous improvement initiatives. The successful candidate will lead the implementation, integration, and lifecycle management of business-critical applications while ensuring compliance with security, governance, and operational standards.
This position combines technical expertise, business analysis, and stakeholder engagement to deliver scalable technology solutions that maximize business value, improve operational efficiency, and support enterprise transformation initiatives across a global organization.
In September 2025, KBR announced that we are spinning our Mission Technology Solutions business into a separate public company.



This role will ultimately be part of the recent company. The Mission Technology Solutions business partners with governments and defense, intelligence, space, aviation, and critical infrastructure customers to deliver high-end engineering, science, technology, and mission support solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Manage enterprise applications supporting engineering, government systems, supply chain, and corporate functions.
Partner with business and technology stakeholders to gather requirements, identify opportunities, and deliver technology solutions that meet operational needs.
Lead application lifecycle activities, including implementation, integration, upgrades, modernization, maintenance, and retirement.
Manage software vendors, licensing agreements, maintenance contracts, and support relationships.
Optimize software utilization, licensing compliance, support services, and overall application value.
