About the Department:
Clarion Partners’ Fund Accounting and Finance team manages accounting, reporting, audits, compliance, and investor support across a diverse portfolio of real estate investments, joint ventures, and fund structures. The team works closely with asset management, portfolio management, corporate finance, and external service providers to ensure accurate reporting, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.



Joining the team offers exposure to multiple asset classes, complex investment structures, and opportunities to contribute to the growth of a scalable global fund accounting platform.
How You Will Add Value?
Core Responsibilities:
You will oversee accounting for real estate investments and joint ventures.
You will manage portfolio accountants and property-level financial reviews.
You will review acquisition, disposition, and financing transactions.
You will review fund consolidations and client reporting.
You will lead year-end audits and financial statement preparation.
You will monitor debt covenant compliance and reporting obligations.
Strategic Responsibilities:
You will support performance reporting, budgeting, and regulatory requirements.
You will drive workflow improvements and process efficiency initiatives.
You will help establish and scale the India-based fund accounting team.
You will support hiring, onboarding, and team
