The role.

You will hold complete charge of a building project of approximately ₹300 crore. The job is to solve every problem that arises on that site — technical, financial or execution and deliver the work on time, to specification, in any case. Nothing on site is someone else's problem.

What you will do

Manage the site end to end: planning, manpower, sub-contractors, material, machinery and schedule

Read the drawings and ensure what is built on ground matches them exactly, in line with specifications





Resolve site problems as they arise rather than escalating them.

Keep the client and consultant in the loop at all times, and be available to them whenever required

Hold quality and safety standards and close all client observations

What you must have

B.E. / B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering

Minimum 10 years in building construction, with independent charge of a site

Ability to read and interpret structural, architectural and services drawings without support

Demonstrated experience on building projects executed in EPC mode

Willingness to be stationed full-time at site in any of our project states

Preferred. Government, PSU or department building projects (CPWD, PWD, NBCC, state departments) projects of ₹200 crore and above institutional and public buildings.

Who this role is not for. Engineers whose experience is only in planning, billing or QS without site execution; engineers whose EPC experience is in roads, power or industrial plants rather than buildings; candidates who have not independently run a site; anyone unwilling to be posted at site.
