Role Description This is a full time, on-site Project Manager role located in Tamil Nadu, India, with primary work in and around Madurai, Chennai, and Kodaikanal project locations.

The Project

Manager will oversee end-to-end project planning, scheduling, and execution for residential and commercial developments, ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with expeditors, site engineers, contractors, and suppliers; monitoring construction progress; and handling logistics and resource allocation. The role involves conducting inspections to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards, as well as maintaining accurate project documentation and status reports.

The Project





Manager will also collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to resolve issues, mitigate risks, and support timely handover of completed properties.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong project management skills, including Project Management, planning, scheduling, and risk management.
- Candidates should possess expediting-related skills, including experience as an Expeditor and proficiency in Expediting activities to keep materials and services on schedule.
- Candidates should possess inspection-related skills, including conducting site Inspection, quality checks, and compliance reviews.
- Candidates should possess logistics-focused skills, including Logistics Management, coordination of material flow, and vendor follow-up.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field are preferred.
- Demonstrated experience managing real estate or construction projects, preferably in residential or mixed-use developments.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally on-site.
- Proficiency in project management tools, MS Office, and basic construction documentation; familiarity with local regulations and building codes in Tamil Nadu is an advantage.
