Role & responsibilities

Project planning and scheduling, site execution and supervision, timely project completion, client and consultant coordination, team and contractor management, resource planning and allocation, budget and cost control, quality assurance, safety compliance, material and procurement coordination, progress monitoring and reporting, risk management, billing and measurement verification, documentation, stakeholder communication, problem-solving, and successful project handover while ensuring completion within the approved scope, budget, quality standards, and timeline.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- 815 years of experience in building, industrial, infrastructure, or commercial construction.




- Strong knowledge of RCC, finishing works, project planning, and construction management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and lead cross-functional teams.
