We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Project Manager to lead and coordinate IT infrastructure, e-Governance, and Data Centre projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project planning, execution, stakeholder coordination, procurement support, vendor management, and timely project delivery while ensuring compliance with project objectives, quality standards, and contractual requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of IT and e Governance projects.
- Coordinate with client stakeholders, implementation partners, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Prepare project plans, timelines, milestones, risk registers, status reports, and management dashboards.
- Manage project governance activities, including progress reviews, issue tracking, risk mitigation, and change management.
- Support RFP-driven procurement activities, including preparation of technical documentation, bid management, bid evaluation, and vendor onboarding.
- Ensure compliance with project scope, timelines, quality standards, and contractual obligations.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings, steering committee reviews, and project governance forums.
- Monitor vendor performance, deliverables, and service-level commitments




- Coordinate implementation activities for Data Centre and e-Governance initiatives.
- Prepare periodic progress reports, presentations, and project documentation for senior management and client leadership.
- Identify project risks and dependencies and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Ensure effective communication among all project stakeholders and maintain project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Required

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech./B.E.), MCA, or an equivalent qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- PMP, PRINCE2, ISO 27001, ISO 20000, or an equivalent project management/skilled certification.

Experience

- Minimum 10 years of overall experience in IT project management.
- Proven experience in project coordination and stakeholder management within Government Departments, Public Sector Organizations, or large enterprise environments.
- Hands-on experience in RFP-driven procurement, bid management, bid evaluation, contract coordination, and vendor onboarding.
- Experience managing e-Governance, IT Infrastructure, or Data Centre projects.
- Experience in successfully delivering at least two State-level or National-level Government projects in a similar capacity.
