- Must have worked on real estate project (Optional)

- Ability to handle client communication.

- Ability to anticipate and build contingency plans

- Planning, organizing, decision making skills.

Education & Training

- Graduate / Post Graduate, preferably with a degree in Engineering from a recognized university.

- PMP Certified & ITIL certified will be added advantages.
