Experience Required: - 5 Years as a Project Manager in Agile environments.
Qualification: - BSC/ B.Tech (computer science) or B.com (relevant experience only) and MBA in master's degree is must.

Required Skills: -
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps or JIRA is mandatory.
- Solid background in software development projects, preferably with direct delivery involvement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with C-level clients.
- Proven experience in creating and presenting reports, dashboards, and data-driven insights.
- Scrum Master (CSM/PSM) or PMP certification preferred.
- Experience working with international clients, especially in North America and Australia.
Job Key Responsibilities: -
- Manage full project lifecycle for Product development and Service delivery projects using Agile methodologies.
- Engage directly with clients and stakeholders from the US and Australia, often during early morning hours.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Use JIRA or Azure DevOps for backlog management, sprint tracking, and task assignment.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.Prepare and present detailed project status reports, dashboards, and KPIs to clients and internal leadership.
- Drive continuous improvement in processes, team performance, and client satisfaction.
- Manage project budgets, risks, and change requests effectively.
- Ensure all project documentation, including SOWs, timelines, and release notes, is maintained and updated.
- Come to the office regularly and coordinate with onsite teams for delivery alignment.
