Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day proposal production workflows and coordinate project priorities.
- Oversee proposal assignments, timelines, and deliverables to ensure timely, high-quality execution.
- Monitor work pipelines, team bandwidth, and resource utilization.
- Review proposal content for quality, consistency, compliance, and brand standards.
- Maintain project trackers, workload reports, and operational dashboards.
- Drive continuous process improvements and workflow optimization.
- Mentor team members and provide operational guidance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and global stakeholders to support proposal and pursuit activities.
