Key Responsibilities

Project Development &

- Planning

- Lead project planning from concept to commissioning.

- Develop project execution strategies, schedules, and resource plans.

- Establish project monitoring systems and reporting mechanisms.

- Drive implementation of project management tools such as Primavera and ERP-integrated systems.

Design &

- Consultant Management

- Appoint and coordinate architects, structural consultants, MEP consultants, and specialist advisors.

- Review and optimize design solutions for functionality, cost efficiency, and constructability.

- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Regulatory &

- Statutory Approvals

- Liaise with development authorities, municipal bodies, and statutory agencies.

- Oversee approvals related to planning, building permits, infrastructure, and occupancy certifications.

- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and development guidelines.

Construction Management

- Direct all construction activities from mobilization through completion.

- Select and implement appropriate construction methodologies.

- Monitor contractor performance, productivity, safety, and quality standards.

- Drive adoption of up-to-date construction technologies including aluminum formwork, precast systems, and advanced project controls.

Cost &

- Commercial Management

- Prepare and control project budgets.

- Establish quantity freezing, estimation, and cost-control systems.

- Monitor project cash flows and financial performance.

- Evaluate vendor and contractor bids and negotiate commercial terms.

Procurement &

- Vendor Management

- Develop procurement strategies for projects.

- Finalize vendors, contractors, and service providers.

- Manage procurement schedules to align with project timelines.

- Foster long-term strategic partnerships with vendors and consultants.

Quality, Safety &

- Risk Management





- Establish and implement QA/QC systems.

- Ensure adherence to safety standards across projects.

- Conduct technical due diligence and risk assessments.

- Maintain compliance with company and statutory quality and safety requirements.

Leadership &

- Team Development

- Lead multidisciplinary project teams across engineering, planning, contracts, procurement, and construction.

- Mentor project managers, engineers, supervisors, and site teams.

- Build high-performance project organizations focused on delivery excellence.

- Drive capability development and training initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.

- MBA in Marketing and Systems or equivalent management qualification.

- Advanced executive education in Project Management, General Management, Operations, and Finance preferred.

Experience

- 10+ years of experience in real estate, construction, infrastructure, industrial, and commercial project development.

- Proven leadership of multi-million square feet residential, commercial, institutional, and mixed-use developments.

- Experience managing large-scale organizations and project portfolios.

- Exposure to international construction projects and multinational stakeholders is preferred.
