Role Description The Project Manager at Best Solution oversees end-to-end delivery of water and wastewater treatment projects, ensuring that scope, schedule, and budget targets are met. This full-time hybrid role is based in Perundurai, with some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning project timelines, coordinating design, procurement, and installation activities, and managing relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.

The Project

Manager tracks progress, resolves issues, and ensures compliance with technical specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.



The role also involves risk management, documentation, reporting to leadership, and continuous improvement of project execution processes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, budget tracking, and stakeholder coordination.
- Candidates should possess Expeditor and Expediting skills to monitor orders, follow up with vendors, and ensure timely delivery of equipment and materials.
- Candidates should possess Inspection skills to verify equipment, installations, and systems meet quality standards and technical specifications.
- Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to organize transportation, site deliveries, and inventory for project execution.
- Relevant qualifications such as a degree or diploma in engineering or a related technical field are beneficial.
- Experience in water or wastewater treatment projects, or related industrial projects, is highly advantageous.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
- Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office, and familiarity with safety and regulatory standards applicable to industrial projects.
