- Job Title : Project Engineer

- Experience: 2 to 5 years
- Industry Type: Robotics & Automation
- Education : Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical, or BE Mechanical
- Functional Area : Sealant Systems, Robotic Material Handling, Glass Gluing, Robotic Welding, Application Jigs & Fixtures.

- Attend business meetings and generate orders for the company’s products and services.
- Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring smooth execution and client satisfaction.
- Prepare and negotiate offers for clients.
- Conduct market research, maintain a client database, and monitor industry trends.
- Increase sales and improve the business mix from individual clients.
- Professionally and effectively employ sales skills to meet and exceed sales targets.




- Develop and manage both online and offline marketing strategies, including print advertisements and participation in Robotic Automation Exhibitions.
- Regularly interact with key clients to maintain strong relationships and address their needs.
- Stay updated on competitor products, highlight their disadvantages, and promote the advantages of our offerings.
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and communications.
- Travel across India for business meetings and client engagements.
