Key responsibilities

- Oversee facade projects from planning to handover ensuring timely execution, quality, safety and budget compliance.

- Coordinate with Site Supervisors, Engineers, Design, Purchase, Billing and other internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

- Monitor daily site progress, manpower, material availability, equipment and work schedules across all assigned projects.

- Review project drawings, work orders, BOQs, and execution plans to ensure compliance with project requirements.

- Track project timelines, identify risks, resolve execution issues and escalate critical concerns to Management.

- Conduct regular site visits to monitor work quality, productivity and adherence to company standards.

- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors for project updates, approvals and issue resolution.

- Ensure timely submission of site reports, measurements, billing inputs and project documentation.





- Monitor material consumption, resource utilization and project costs to minimize delays and wastage.

- Lead, guide, and monitor Site Supervisors, ensuring accountability and timely completion of assigned activities.

- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, safety regulations and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.

- Prepare project status reports and provide regular updates to Management on progress, risks and key milestones.

Qualification & Preferred candidate profile

- Degree/Diploma in Civil/ Mechanical Engineering or related field

- Candidates with a robust learning attitude, adaptability and willingness to take ownership will be preferred. Necessary support and guidance will be provided to help the candidate succeed in the role.
