Position Overview
KEC International Limited is looking for an experienced Senior Manager – Projects to lead the execution of utility-scale wind power projects at our Bhuj, Gujarat site. The role will be responsible for end-to-end project execution, ensuring timely completion of civil, electrical, and mechanical works while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and cost control. The incumbent will lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with internal stakeholders, contractors, OEMs, consultants, and clients to achieve successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end execution of utility-scale wind power projects from site mobilization to commissioning and project handover.
Prepare and monitor project execution plans, schedules, milestones, and resource deployment to ensure timely project completion.
Oversee civil, electrical, and mechanical construction activities including foundations, crane pads,



internal roads, WTG erection, electrical infrastructure, and commissioning.
Manage EPC contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and consultants to ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
Monitor project progress, identify execution bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to minimize delays.
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, planning, logistics, commercial, and finance teams for seamless project execution.
Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, technical specifications, statutory regulations, and company standards.
Drive project cost control by monitoring budgets, resource utilization, contractor bills, and project expenditures.
Review and approve project schedules, DPRs, MIS reports, progress dashboards, and management reports.
