Install, maintain, and repair internal factory equipment. Supervise employees who perform maintenance and tool making. Responsible for departmental operations planning/execution or is focused on execution of professional activities within a technical discipline. Functions with some autonomy but guided by established policies or review of end results.
The job allows modification of procedures and practices covering work as long as the end results meet standards of acceptability (quality, volume, timeliness etc.).

Closing internal & external maintenance orders
Assist maintenance personnel in maintenance planning.
Record the results as per SOP.
Execute Preventive, Predictive and Breakdown Maintenance for critical and other equipment.
Root cause analysis and implementing the findings.
Implementation and practice of TPM.
Updating equipment history in maintenance system or other software.
Organize spare parts lists with maintenance system or other software.
Assist with preparation of reports and presentation material.
REQUIREMENTS:
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering with 8+ years of experience, or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 12+ years of relevant experience.
Solid understanding of EHS (Workplace, Health & Safety) guidelines, environmental aspects, and risks associated with machine inspection and assembly activities.
Basic knowledge of Nuclear Safety principles and requirements.
Knowledge of risks related to chemical management in Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) and ability to interpret and apply MSDS/SDS documentation.
Hands-on experience with CNC machine tools, including:
Heavy boring and milling machines
Horizontal and vertical turning machines
Gantry-type milling and turning machines (PAMA, HNK, WACO, etc.)
