About the Role
The Associate will be responsible for supporting the effective implementation, monitoring, coordination, and documentation of project activities across Jalpaiguri, West Bengal. The role requires close collaboration with implementation partners, government departments, and local stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery, compliance, capacity building, and quality monitoring. The ideal candidate should possess strong coordination, stakeholder management, documentation, and analytical skills, along with the ability to work in field-based environments.

Location- Jalpaiguri, West Bengal (Field-based with regular travel)
Stakeholder & Partner Management:
Manage relationships with implementation partners in Alipurduar and Jalpaiguri, ensuring
effective collaboration and smooth execution of field activities.
Build a robust and sustainable partnership ecosystem to enhance long-term impact.
Capacity Building & Training:
Identify training needs for implementation partners, PRI members, and relevant government departments based on project goals.
Organize and facilitate capacity-building sessions for stakeholders to improve service delivery and implementation efficiency
Project Implementation & Coordination:
Oversee and coordinate the day-to-day implementation of field activities.
Ensure project milestones are met within the agreed timeline and budget.
