The Role
Key Responsibilities:
Functional Responsibilities:
· Analyse business requirements and translate them into functional designs and technical solutions.
· Configure D365 F&O; modules including Finance, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Procurement, Inventory, Fixed Assets, and General Ledger (GL).
· Work closely with business users to provide functional expertise, troubleshooting, and guidance on best practices.
· Lead gap analysis sessions and document business processes, functional designs, and system enhancements.




· Assist in system testing, UAT, and training of end users.
Technical Responsibilities:
· Design, develop, and deploy customizations and enhancements in D365 F&O; using X++, Visual Studio, Azure DevOps.
· Develop and modify SSRS reports, queries, and data entities to meet business needs.
· Perform data migration, data mapping, and data validation using Data Management Framework (DMF).
· Work on integrations with third-party applications using OData, REST APIs, Logic Apps, Power Automate, and Azure Functions.
· Debug technical issues, analyse logs, and optimize performance of custom functionalities.
· Collaborate with Microsoft Support for issue resolution, updates, and hotfix implementation.
· Ensure security compliance by configuring role-based security, workflows, and approval processes.
