How You'll Make an Impact
Lead, coach, and develop a team of project professionals, fostering high performance and strong behavioral competencies.
Partner closely with internal and external stakeholders to align goals, drive collaboration, and ensure successful project execution.
Conduct performance and development discussions, supporting team members in achieving both business objectives and career aspirations.




Drive operational excellence by managing key performance metrics such as utilization, customer/stakeholder satisfaction (NPS), and resource productivity.
Proactively plan workforce needs, lead recruitment, onboarding, and training activities to ensure project readiness.
Facilitate effective decision-making, challenge and align stakeholder expectations when needed, and promote best practice sharing across teams.
Ensure accurate resource billing and provide support for administrative activities including leave management, infrastructure, office requirements, and HR-related processes.
Your Background
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, with preference for Electrical Engineering.
Minimum 15 years of experience in project execution, including significant experience managing GIS, HV products, or substation projects.
