Knowledge, skills & experience
Requirements and stakeholder partnership - Own the engagement with stakeholders to capture and refine requirements, clarify the “why” behind requests, and translate needs into effective dashboard designs. This includes defining KPIs, agreeing metric definitions and drill down paths, and designing intuitive user journeys, filters, and controls that support day to day decision making.
End to end delivery and prioritisation
Manage delivery from product backlog, translating stakeholder needs into user stories with clear acceptance criteria and measurable outcomes. Drive initial scoping through build, testing, release, and iteration, operating with a self-starter mindset and Agile ways of working. Balance mul
