The Role & The Team
This is a foundational growth hire. You'll be one of the first performance-focused marketers at Freehand, working directly with the founders, sales leadership, and product marketing to build the systems that turn interest into qualified pipeline. Because supply chain and finance leaders at large enterprises are a specific, high-value audience,



this isn't a spray-and-pray B2C growth role — it's precision demand generation for a complex, considered enterprise sale, where quality and attribution matter far more than raw volume.
You'll have full ownership of the performance marketing function from day one: channel strategy, budget, experimentation cadence, and reporting. You'll partner closely with content, product marketing, and sales to make sure every dollar spent connects to a pipeline outcome, and with engineering/RevOps to build the tracking and attribution infrastructure a quick-scaling startup needs.

Full-funnel performance strategy — plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across channels (LinkedIn, Google, industry-specific publications/newsletters, ABM platforms) aimed at supply chain, procurement, and finance decision-makers at large enterprises
